The safest way to own a rare cape.

Frequently asked questions

I'm a parent — what am I actually buying my kid?

A single code that unlocks a cosmetic cape on your child's own Minecraft account. That's it — it changes how their character looks in-game and nothing else. It's a one-time purchase, no subscription, no account needed with us, and we will never ask for your child's Minecraft or Microsoft password.

How do I redeem the code once I get it?

1. 1Go to minecraft.net/redeem, sign in, and enter the code.
2. 2Open Minecraft (Java or Bedrock) and check your Character Creator / Skins tab — the cape should be there.
3. 3If it doesn't show up right away, hop into any world and play for a few minutes. This helps sync the account with Minecraft's servers.

Still not showing? Log out and back in, then check again. Most capes appear within about 10 minutes; in rare cases it can take up to 2 hours due to server delays.

Are these real, official Minecraft capes?

Yes. Every cape we sell is a genuine Mojang cape — a real redemption code originally earned during an official promotion or in-person event, never used, and resold once that promotion ended. We verify each code works before it goes out. We are an independent seller and not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

How fast will I get my code?

In-stock codes are delivered by email within minutes of a completed payment. If it hasn't arrived after a little while, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us and we'll sort it out.

What if my code doesn't work?

If a code turns out to be invalid, already used, or defective through no fault of yours, we'll replace it at no extra cost. If we can't get you a working replacement in a reasonable time, you get a full refund. Just reach out with your order details so we can look into it.

Does the cape work on Java and Bedrock?

Yes. Once redeemed, the cape is tied to your Minecraft account and shows up on both Java and Bedrock, on any device where you're signed into that account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards via Stripe, Paypal, Crypto and Apple Pay.

Why do some capes cost more than others?

It comes down to scarcity. Many capes were only available for a short window; like a livestream drop, promo, or by physically attending an event. Once that window closes, no new codes are ever issued. The price mostly reflects how limited and hard-to-find a working code actually is, not the item's original cost.
